We Educate, Consult, Connect and Care for missionaries to sustain the work of their calling
Internal Care Education
We educate missionaries on the importance of their own personal walk with the Lord and care. We explore the importance of spiritual disciplines, rest, and being filled to be poured out. Our goal is to make missionaries aware of the active agency they have in their own care and their walk with the Lord.
External Care Consultation
We consult missionaries on the resources available to them for care. We design these resources depending on the specific situation, context, and location of the missionaries. These can include resources such as books, care networks, retreat centers, etc.
Church and Organization Connection
We work to connect missionaries with the churches and organizations that send them. We can help facilitate these connections and, where it is needed, mediate in areas of conflict or disconnect with the end goal of unity. We also can connect missionaries with organizations or churches if that is an area of their ministry landscape that is missing.
Supplemental Care
We provide supplemental care in the form of third-party care partners who can provide a safe place for missionaries to share things that can be difficult to work through with those who sent them. We can also provide professional resources for missionaries where needed (i.e. professional counseling, rehab, etc.).
